Features
- Investment cast 304 stainless steel impellers standard
- Choice of semi-open or enclosed impellers with broad band operating range for appropriate service
- Semi-open impellers available up to 19” sizes
- Flanged bowl connections for easy assembly & disassembly
- Bowls up to 15” are standard vitreous enamel, glass lined cast iron
- Bowls greater than 15″ are cast iron
- O-ring bowl connection standard through 16″ diameter
- Bronze bowl bearings standard with various options available for whatever the application.
- Optional bowl & impeller wear rings in various materials for appropriate applications
- Unique “FCR” models that feature larger diameter shafts with extended bearing lengths for higher pressure and higher horsepower applications as well as integral sand lugs to protect the bowl from abrasive wear
- Suction bells are available to allow smooth entry of water to the impeller eye (suction bell standard 16″ and larger)
- Optional basket or conical strainers in a variety of materials.
- Threaded & flanged discharge cases available to fit various column pipe options
- Water or oil lubricated lineshaft options
- 416 stainless steel threaded lineshaft couplings are standard. Optional flanged lineshaft couplings are available.
- Cast iron, high ring base discharge heads. Rated up to 200 psi. Available in 4”, 6”, 8”, 10”.12”, 14” and 16” discharges sizes.
- Specially designed “Deepset” heads are also available with settings to 1000 feet (8″, 10″ & 12″)
- Optional fabricated discharge heads available in “F” and “T” type designs
- Fabricated motor stands available for below base discharge applications
- Fabricated barrels for inline application with options suction locations
- Packing, mechanical seal and tension tube assembly options available
