HUNG VIET ELECTRONICS TECHNOLOGY AND TRADING COMPANY LIMITED (Abbreviated as HVC) was established under the business license issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment with number 0102005101 on April 22, 2002, under the authority of the Hanoi People’s Committee. It was founded on the basis of its predecessor, Hung Viet Electronics and Information Technology Company Limited (established in 1997). HVC is a fully-qualified legal entity with sufficient human resources and technical equipment capable of participating in technically advanced projects and large-scale investments.
